Llayn real name is Zolani Mbhele which is pronounced as (Lane). 

He was born and raised in Umlazi Township, Kwazulu Natal. Llayn is a Traditional Hip Hop artist.

He started the music and fashion career in 2014. He has been learning the business of music while growing his clothing brand during these years. Llayn has had the oppertunity to work with Sky Star Films where he dressed up Distruction Boys Ft Mshunqisi and Dj Tira's music video Pakisha. From there on other brands associated themselves by endorsing the Llayn brand.

Brands like Itumeleng Khune, Aewon Wolf, Lvovo and Zakwe to name a few. He also dressed Golden Black's single cream Ft Zakwe.  His last single Titled " Qonqo " is currently sitting on 100 000+ views on Youtube.
