  Dejavee is a female Hip hop DJ hailing from Durban, South Africa. She is currently based in Johannesburg (Johannesburg being the land of gigs)

Dejavee has Dj'd and lived in Cape Town, Durban & Johannesburg and no city is the same so you have to have sets adapting to where you are playing.

Dejavee's sound is primarily Hip hop & Soul. Dejavee is versatile and she does not only restrict herself to Hip hop.

Dejavee also does Gqom and House music sets. She played an amazing set on LDHP Season 1 & 2 where she played a House and Gqom set.

Dejavee's favourite SA Hip hop projects are Levels by multi Diamond selling SA Hip hop mogul " AKA ", Zulu Man With Some Power by International SA Hip hop star " Nasty C " & Dark or Blue by the legendary award winningng Hip hop group " Tear Gas " 

Dejavee's dream SA Hip hop feature is nasty C ( " Perhaps it's that Durban connection lol. " )

 Dejavee gets her inspiration from knowing she has a different sound and style to offer to the South Africa and the world. Not the usual, last year she released 2 hit singles titled " Ntwana Yami " featuring South African music giants Siwze Alakine (Reason), Blacklez, " Dali " Ft Multi platinum & award winning SA Hip hop legends Ma-E & KidX and " The smoke " with SA Hip Hop rap lyricscts Photo & Blacklez.

Dejavee says " I think of myself as a female DJ Khaled, giving amazing music to the masses and not just 1 genre ". 

" So I've decided to stop holding onto my music and I will release a Hip hop freestyle soon, with my vocals on it "

Dejavee dropped another Rnb/Hop track were she has her vocals featuring Durban based artist 100Uncutt. Dejavee also has an upcoming ep with the late " Tumi Tladi " , that will be released soon.

The project has a total of3 songs . The EP was yto start " Tumi Tladi's " entrance into Alternative Rnb. Dejavee is not limiting herself in anyway, she is planning on an Amapiano project that is set to drop later this year featuring rising stars such as Phantom Steeze, Miss Pammie, and many other talented artists.
