So what's Savage Zulu all about?

Savage Zulu is about Life, The joys of life, the Pursuit of success, and the gratitude towards GOD. And if one speaks about the title, it's very simple. The word "Zulu " means "Heaven' and we all know that life is hard and for those who believe in God. We all aim to reach Heaven hence it's Called Savage Zulu. 

Although it does have Zulu elements to it, especially the beat, the adlibs, the effects bring the Durban vibes to it. The beat was made in less than an hour but the recording took more than a month especially with a high-energy song, you need to only write punchlines, strong wordplay, and catchy verses.

The song is written in English and Zulu so that the song may represent the title and the meaning of it. 

What inspired you to do this song?

It was the 25th of March 2020 and I was going through YouTube on and I checked out 21 savages and how he came about in his life, Originally I wanted to make the beat for him calling it Savage King but it would have seemed weird and different. Then I came across the Shaka Zulu intro, I was immediately captured by the cinematic strings and I was captured I was like WOW!! I gotta get some cinematic strings. I did the beat: added the bass, the hard kicks, The Mexican shakers, African Chants, Zulu Adlibs, Some FX risers and that was it !! it was a magical moment.  

It made me feel like something big was gonna come up and it made me do this song !!!! When I promoted the beat on that Friday I had a great response from people around me. 

 

What is the message of this track and how should people receive it?

Life is hard and this song is about Living your life to the fullest. It's catchy and It's great with a vibrant sound and a hard kicking beat, It's Just unique... It's a Rap song that Anyone can dance to regardless of age, gender, geography, and Status. It's a song for everyone! 

 We all strive to be the best on our roads so the best way is to Appreciate God, Live your life, kill every big moment ( and I mean that positively), and just have fun!
